Jackie, these are GORGEOUS. I’m already mapping out my grocery run—hot honey mustard is absolutely happening this weekend. Also love the idea of subbing beets for eggs in the Nicoise (genius!). Question: Have you ever done a smoked salmon riff on one of these bowls? Thinking of something brunchy with dill, cucumber, maybe even a soft-boiled egg if I’m feeling fancy. Would love your take. 🙏
